Stave Four so Far

So fist in Stave four, Scrooge sees the ghost of christmas yet to come and it is approaching him and then Scrooge bent down for him when the spirit got near him. The ghost of christmas yet to come is the most fearsome to Scrooge because Scrooge said it. Scrooge was asking the spirit questions, but the spirit did not answer none of them all all he did was pointed when he wanted Scrooge to go somewhere. In the first scene Scrooge and the ghost went to London and they watch to people talk about a person who has just died and was wealthy and is was obvious that they were talking about Scrooge and they did not know where his money was going to then the two men talk about that they do not know if they are going to the funeral or not and his family or friends are not going and then they starts making jokes about him. In Scene two the two men mentioned his death and they are secretly happy that Scrooge is dead. Then in scene three, they go to apart of London that is in poverty and we meet two new characters that are peddlers and they get stuff for free and sell it and the two characters name is Joe and Mrs. Dilber. Mrs. Dilber has things from someone who has died and the things she took were bed curtains, blankets off the dead body, and pajamas off the dead body and they were making jokes about Scrooge. Scrooge is dead and no one cares and they don't even know if he was dead or not.

In my opinion I feel bad for Scrooge even though he does not know that they are talking about him. Even though Scrooge was a bad person, they really should not be making jokes about a dead person because that is really mean. Like the two men were making jokes about him an that they will only come if there was food. Just like Joe and Mrs. Dilber were making fun of him and making jokes about Scrooge. To me one of the meanest characters in the book will be Mrs. Dilber because she made jokes about a dead man and also stole from him which was not good at all.

  1. Good job with your blog post, Aldo. I also agree with you, I do feel kind of bad for Scrooge because he doesn't know it's him they are talking about and he probably didn't realize the harm he was doing to the people around. It was also not nice when Joe and Mrs. Dilber was making fun of him. Even if he was really bad, Mrs. Dilber had no right to take his clothes and steal objects from his house. I get they are happy he died but they shouldn't joke around with his death. Overall good job with your post!

  2. Good job Aldo! You did a good job describing the three scenes,I think that you are right about Mrs.Dilber been the most meanest person of all.Because it's messed up that she sees Scrooge dead and she calls for no help or tell anyone.Instead she just undresses him and takes his clothes and belongings, and that's not even the worst part because she still joked around about him with Joe.I do feel bad for Scrooge because he doesn't know that they are talking about him, been jerks even after he dies.Overall you had a good summary with great details on all three scenes!

  3. I really enjoyed reading your blog post. You had a great summary at the beginning and you explained everything very well. I agree with what you said in your blog post. I do agree that it was not a good thing that Mrs. Dilber and Joe were making fun Scrooge, even if he was mean and cranky all the time. I also feel bad for Scrooge, because he is having to experience his death, and he has to see people making fun of him and his death. I also think that Mrs. Dilber was mean to make fun of Scrooge's death. Overall, you had a very good blog post and it was really entertaining.

  4. Very good job Aldo I liked reading your blog post.I agree with you in many ways and one of them being is that they took the bad humor to far. I feel bad for Scrooge because they are all talking rudely about him. Also I found it disgusting that she took items from his house as he was dead. The most disgusting part is that she took of his pjs while he was sleeping. I also feel bad for Scrooge because he does not know that they are talking about him. You did a great job overall I would just add a meme or a gif next time you do your blog post.

  5. I also feel bad for Scrooge because it is mean to not care for someone's death. I also agree that it wasn't nice for the people to make fun of Scrooge. Mrs. Dilber stole stuff from Scrooge and took his pajamas off of his dead body. People were happy that he was dead because they know that he was a mean person. Scrooge has to figure out that he dies in the future and he doesn't think it is funny that people are talking about the dead person like that. Good job summarizing stave four and good job on giving your opinion.
